is 100% outdoors, in woodland. We share our woodland with many critters and unusual beasties, in fact we welcome them. Please bear this in mind when booking your child onto this session. We recommend wearing lightweight layers, long sleeves, covered legs, sunscreen on warmer days and insect repellant Mar-Oct. Enclosed shoes is best for woodland play, and long hair should be tied back for this session. A showerproof jacket is also very handy (all year round!) During lighter showers we work around them and continue through, however, torrential downpour/storms are dangerous, and we may be forced to cancel with full refund.
We suggest bringing snack/refreshments.
We are inclusive, promoting and supporting Accessibility to All. However, Please note* We cannot provide one:one support for any children attending this group at this time. Should your child/young person require additional support please ensure that a nominated adult stays for the duration. They will not be charged for this, however they will be included in all the fun! If your child does have a medical/health requirements e.g. asthma, allergies etc. please tell us during the booking process on the waiver form.
After the event please check your child for any ticks. The wildlife that daunders through the woods, occasionally leaves one of these tick chaps behind. These ticks can be quite mean, so check your child thoroughly and speak to your GP or pharmacist if you are at all concerned should you find one. Covering the skin and a good insect repellant can limit tick attachments.
