Join us for some fun at our woodland archery target range. Introduce the little ones to the fun of archery as our instructors teach them the skills and technique to hunt pumpkins. You are welcome to bring your own decorated gourd or use one of ours.
45min Pumpkin Target Session is for age 7yrs - adult. Family discounts are available so get together with family and/or friends for some October Holiday fun. This session is the ideal length for younger children, however we do advise to wrap up warm!
60min Family Halloween Session is for age 6yrs - adult. Again discounts for numbers are available, so bring a group if you like. This time our naughty pumkins are also joined by our Tattie Bogles (Scarecrows), a great way for us to teach archery and have some spooky fun too. This is held at the woodland target range.
Each session will include tuition, equipment, and full insurance. Group sizes are kept to a reasonable size to ensure lots of shooting time, though turn taking is required for health and safety.
We encourage Adult participation! However, if you are just booking the kids in - at least one responsible adult must stay for the duration.
- Wrap up warm, in layers if possible.
- There may be gravestones and creepy props but nothing too gruesome for littlies.
- The Tattie Bogles (scarecrows) are home made and not too scary. No straw is used.
- This session is fully supported by ArcheryGB Instructors.
- Small groups up to 12. Maximum 4 shooting at one time so that we can support everyone whilst they are shooting.
